The increasing of efficiency of struggle against tuberculosis by the improvement and intencification of the informational - analytical activity of the Fund to develop of awareness TB doctors of the region.
Objectives:
1. Accumulation of information in the site as follows
- referral information on the prophylaxis of tuberculosis
- treatment of a tuberculosis;
- State policy of struggle with a tuberculosis;
- international strategy of struggle with a tuberculosis.
2. Distribution of the most actual materials on problems of a tuberculosis among all TB establishments of the region.

I ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY
a) History of the group, the year when the organization began its activities, and date of registration.
The Fund was registered on the 23rd of July, 1999.
Activity – from April, 2000.
b) What are the main goals of your organization?
Assistance to the state system of public health services in institutionalization of diagnostics, treatment and reabilitation of the patients with tuberculosis, with engaging for this purpose of unstate sources of financing.
c) What is the structure and membership of your NGO?
Founders are individuals.
Structure of Fund: the chairman of fund, the deputy of the chairman , the Board of the Fund.
d) What are the main sources of funding for your NGO?
Target grants, charitable instalments, sponsor's help.
e) What projects and activities has your group completed during the last year?
Inspected about 4000 village inhabitants in 17 places.
Implemented technical reequipment mobile-X-ray room of hospital.
Created WEB-page of the Charitable Fund named by Robert Koch.
II PROBLEM DESCRIPTION / PROJECT NEED
a) Please give a precise description of the present situation and the problem your organization wants to help solve.
At the present time awareness of the doctors on the problems of tuberculosis is unsufficient for the following reasons:
- none of the 17 TB establishments of the region does not receive any specialized editions;
- any specialized site on problems of a tuberculosis does not exist in Ukraine;
- access to Internet of the practicing doctors is minor.
b) What is the target group of your project (concrete people, organizations, groups in society)? Give precise quantitative and qualitative information.
17 TB establishment in Zakarpatska oblast (about a hundred TB-doctors)
c) Why do the goals and capabilities of your organization make it a logical group to help solve this problem? What experience or expertise does your organization have in the problem area?
The members of fund possess subject of the problem, have sufficient preparation and carry out real activity in the field.
III PROJECT GOAL STATEMENT
Please give a clear and concise description of positive changes that will occur as a result of your solving the problem.
Will improve the awareness of the TB doctors and increase the efficiency of struggle against tuberculosis in the region.
IV PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Outline the necessary steps to achieve the desited goal.
- Material equipment of fund.
- Improvement of design and contents of WEB-page of Fund.
- Constant monitoring of information on problems of tuberculosis.
- Accommodation of information on problems of tuberculosis on the site.
- Printing of the most actual material on problems of a tuberculosis and distribution among TB establishments of Zakarpatska oblast by the Provincial Chief-TB doctor.

VI EXPECTED PROJECT RESULTS
A. Concrete Quantitative Results
Every month all the 17 TB establishments of Zakarpatska oblast wiil receive no more than 2 items of the most actual materials on problems of a tuberculosis (no less that 24 a year)
B. Concrete Qualitative Results
Increasing the level of doctors’ professionalism in struggle against tuberculosis.

The availability of the equipment will allow (E-mail) to work constantly with the potential sponsors in Ukraine and abroad.
d) How will this grant enable your organization to reach its strategic objectives as identified in the statute?
The doctors’ awareness will increase the efficiency of struggle against tuberculosis. The development of Fund material base will allow to increase financial receipts from the sponsors, which will be directed on the increasing in preventive activity of the Fund and will enable to administer the direct, targetted help to the tuberculosis patients.
